WANN KANN EINE AUFSTELLUNG HILFREICH SEIN?

- bei scheinbar unlösbaren Blockaden, innerhalb einer Person oder eines Systems/einer Beziehung
- bei wiederkehrenden Konflikten und festgefahrenen Beziehungsdynamiken
- bei dem Wunsch, mehr Klarheit in eine bestimmte Beziehung oder ein Beziehungssystem zu bringen
- bei dem Wunsch, vergangene Familiendynamiken und deren Einfluss auf dich besser zu verstehen
- wenn du das Gefühl hast, du trägst Lasten die nicht zu dir gehören

ABLAUF DER AUFSTELLUNGEN

Jeder Prozess beginnt mit einem kurzen Gespräch, in der das Anliegen der Klientin/des Klienten geklärt wird. Ebenso wird besprochen, welche Personen an der Situation beteiligt sind.

Dann wählt der Klient/die Klientin Stellvertreter*innen für die an der Situation beteiligten Personen (inkl. sich selbst) aus und stellt sie auf eine Art und Weise im Raum auf, wie es ihres Erachtens repräsentativ für die Situation bzw. Dynamik zwischen den Beteiligten ist.

Im weiteren Verlauf werden die Stellvertreter*innen zu ihrem Zustand befragt. Es wird ermittelt, was benötigt wird, um mehr Klärung in das System zu bringen. Dies kann durch Gesten, gesprochene Sätze und das Verändern der Positionen passieren.
Der Klient/die Klientin kann, muss aber nicht, die eigene Position in der Konstellation einnehmen.

Wichtig: Ich mache ggf. Vorschläge für heilende Sätze oder Gesten, lade zum spüren ein. Dabei orientiere mich stark an den Impulsen der aufstellenden Person und der Dynamik des Systems. Ich verstehe mich als Begleiterin und nicht als Expertin des jeweiligen Systems.

Nature and Soul in the City (English)

Hello dear city dweller,

welcome to this deep dive into your mythic identity through nature and soul work.

This is an invitation to radically change your perspective on what is alive all around you, right here, in the midst of the big city.

It is a call to step beyond the beaten tracks of your familiar ways and turn towards something more radical, powerful and potentially life-changing through the mirrors of the natural world: your soul.

This 4-week closed container is designed to take you, step by step, into deeper connection with yourself and your soul through connection with the natural world of Berlin. It supports you to connect to the red thread of your life, to hold and to follow it, no matter where it may take you!

The program emerged out of my own longing to feel more connected to nature and wildness in Berlin. I have crafted it with much love and care, adapting ancient nature-based practices to suit the city context.

I can’t wait to share this journey with you!

FORMAT

We meet every Tuesday evening from 6.45 - 9.45 for 4 at Heilkunstraum Berlin and will be spending about half of this time outside in the surrounding area.

The format is designed based on the steps of a solo vision quest, designed to prepare for, embark on, and integrate your deep-dive into soul:

Week 1: The Preparation

Week 2: The Threshold Crossing

Week 3: The Journey

Week 4: The Return

Each week you will receive an additional invitation for a practice or reflection aimed at taking you deeper into the themes that emerge for you, which you can engage in in-between our meetings.

You will have access to a telegram group, in which you can share any revelations and reflections throughout the weeks.

ABOUT ME

I (Jesslyn) am a psychologist and systemic therapist with a deep passion for the re-wilding of humanity. Nature in all its facets is my own therapeutic tool, ally and guide. Nature work has put mystery at the center of my life and has allowed me to connect with my vibrantly alive inner worlds and their wisdom in a way no other practice has.

I myself have struggled with the feeling of being disconnected from nature in Berlin. This offer has emerged from a desire to create my own medicine and support others to open up to the aliveness that constantly surrounds us.
My sources of inspiration and guides are, amongst others: Bill Plotkin (Animas Institute), Sylvia Koch-Weser, the medicine wheel, my soul, the waters and trees and swans of Berlin.
